NCWEG Mission Statement and Purpose

New Covenant Women's Empowerment Group 

 was founded by Pastor Sherrie McQuiller in May 2017 out of the need to help Women in all walks of life find their voices and to strengthen them within their church ministries and/or their communities.   

The Mission of NCWEG is to embrace and develop the gifts of the Father in each Sister (Woman of God) through the teachings of the Word of God and the anointing and guidance of The Holy Spirit while under-girding one another to walk in the Purpose that God has ordained for each of us.    

We are “THE CALLED” according to God’s purpose.   


You are invited to join us in our  meetings  every Tuesday  and   Thursday evening at 7:00 pm EST by following the instructions below.

    DON'T GIVE UP - LOOK AGAIN

     * When your healing looks partial - look again.

    *  When your finances do not yet line up with your prayers - look again.

    *  When your children are not walking in what you prayed for - look again.

    *  When doors seem closed - look again.

    Don't Align With The Enemy

     An alliance with the enemy gives him a "foothold" or legal access in your life. Our ultimate protection and success comes from maintaining complete alignment with God's "Will and Purposes".  An agreement can be anything that grants the enemy access, such as unforgiveness, unconfessed sin, fear, or partnering with his lies.  Submission to God is the act of breaking that agreement. 

    Just Another Place

     I decree and declare today with perfect faith, according to Genesis 32:24-30 that “This place is not my end—it's just another place.
    I will not let go until God blesses me here.
    I will walk by faith like Abraham, endure like Job, wrestle like Jacob, and rise like Joseph.
    My change is coming, because God is with me in this place! 

    Failure Is Not Final

     Failure is not the end of the story—it’s a part of the process God uses to strengthen our faith and build our trust in Him. Every setback is a setup for growth, a divine opportunity to see His grace at work in our weakness. In this message, Sis. Rose Sheppard encourages us to see failure through God’s eyes—not as defeat, but as redirection toward His perfect plan. “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again.” — Proverbs 24:16 

    What Is a giant Next to Our Great God

    Sometimes the problems we face seem larger than life — towering over our confidence, peace, and faith. But when we lift our eyes from the size of the problem to the power of our God, our perspective changes. What once looked impossible begins to look small in the light of His greatness. In this message, “It Depends on How You See It,” we are reminded that faith doesn’t deny the existence of giants — it simply puts them in their proper place next to a mighty and all-powerful God. 

    The Power of Godly Submission - By Sis. Sherrie Parks

     True submission is not weakness—it is strength under God’s control. When we yield our will to His, we make room for His wisdom, peace, and purpose to flow through our lives. Godly submission begins with surrendering to Him and extends to how we love and honor one another. In this message, Sis. Sherrie Parks shares how mutual submission—both to God and within marriage—reflects the heart of Christ and brings divine order, unity, and blessing. “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7

    Attitudes of Gratitude - Honoring God through Worship, Service, and Respect for Leadership

    Gratitude is more than a polite response; it is the posture of the heart that recognizes God's goodness and responds with humility, honor, and service.  A thankful spirit cannot coexist with bitterness, envy, or pride.  When we truly appreciate what God has done, our praise flows freely, our service becomes joyful, and our attitude reflects reverence for the Lord and respect for His appointed Leaders. 

    The King Still Has One More Move - By Sis. Sherrie Parks

    We often move through our lives as if we are maneuvering through a chess board.  The pons are all taken out, our knights are defeated, our Queen has been taken out of the game.  The enemy has declared "check mate" with laughter in his heart.  But wait a minute - it's not over yet.  The "King" is still standing, and He has "one more move".
